Hard Rock created the Tract 12 of the Heath Golf & Yacht Club, on the banks of Lake Ray Hubbard in Heath, Texas.

We did 5 foot moisture conditioning on 52 lots, rough and final graded all 52 lots and 20,318 cubic yards while importing 20,318 cubic yards from tract 15.
